Employees’ use of the platform is at their discretion. You may have employees that exploit the platform and therefore put themselves into more debt. We recognise this and have put multiple controls in place to cater for these individuals.
One of the key implementations is the Pattern Identifier.
This can be catered to the client’s needs and works in the below manner:
Perpetual Pattern Identification
Employees that are consistently accessing their maximum amount are identified
Financial Coaching optional referral
Financial coaching is suggested to financially distressed employees
Financial Coaching mandatory referral
If after this employees do not engage, their access to any funds through the platform is removed. This is the strictest criteria that pushes these financially distressed employees to the help they require.
Through the Perpetual Pattern Identifier, employees are guided to the help they require and given the tools to manage their own financial freedom.
