How to book a virtual consultation with Ask A Doctor

Step One

Complete the web form below or log in to the mobile app and click on ‘Book a virtual consultation’.

Step Two

Complete the patient details and contact details on the booking request form.

Step Three

Receive a call back from a nurse to book your timeslot.

Step Four

For telephonic consultations, the doctor will call you at the start of your appointment.

For virtual consultations, you will receive a link via SMS or email to access your virtual consultation.
